Looking for food support or resources for your family? The Well Outreach is providing access to fresh, nutritious food and family coaching for those who need it, with programs designed to meet people where they are and support long-term stability.

Designed as a gentle, restorative experience, the workshop offered caregivers space to slow down through a relaxing sound bath and an optional walk at their own pace, as well as breakfast. With accessibility at the forefront, the event created a welcoming environment for caregivers of all abilities, including those with low mobility or disabilities.
