Committed to Empowering Families

At Our ChanceTN, we’re proud to be a Grantee Organization under the Tennessee Opportunity Pilot Initiative (TOPI). This is a true collaborative effort aimed at creating sustainable pathways for families in our region. Through this grant, we’re able to walk alongside families, specifically as they embark on their journey toward self-sufficiency. 

One of our primary goals is to see families no longer reliant on state support, allowing them to thrive independently. This benefits the entire state of TN. Our efforts are focused on breaking down traditional barriers to success and providing individuals and families exactly what they need, in terms of support, education and resources, to succeed in this endeavor.

We’ve already touched the lives of so many in our region, and the numbers are rising each day. We help our families problem-solve and work through tough situations, providing mentorship and the resources they need to improve their knowledge-base, increase employment opportunities, and become even self-sufficient.

At Our ChanceTN, we believe there’s a brighter future for everyone in our community, and we’re honored to be a part of this incredible TOPI program. Through shared resources and collaboration, we’re building Our Chance, TN networks, and offering an equal chance to individuals and families who want to accomplish their dreams and secure a more stable future for generations to come.
